The Reserve of Lakewood consists of 30 homesites on 43.l5 acres of rolling land with trees and ponds. The lots, which are fully improved with city sewer and water, are a minimum of ¾ acres in size. Over half the lots are available for english or walk-out basements. The homes range in size from 3000 to 4000 sq.ft., with 3 or 4 car garages.
